When the Vilgrain family created Grands Moulins de Paris to provide jobs to Parisians after World War I and helped in starting again the bakery business in France.
When they created the Ecole de Boulangerie et Pâtisserie de Paris to pass on know-how and passion to bakers to be, enabling them to bake good & nice products.
When we invented the first part-baked baguette to give to the world our lovely French baguette easily. When we opened our first stores to share with everybody our bakery products and more.
